About the Role

Then combine business management know-how and your passion for social issues in a Dual Study program in Business Administration with a specialization in Social Management (B.A.).

You can start in January, April, or October depending on the location – directly on campus or flexibly online. You will complete your practical phases at a company near you.

• You will optimize processes and rules to better regulate responsibilities and tasks.
• You will develop marketing strategies and brand messages that align with the social values of the respective organization.
• You will support management with analyses.
• You will improve personnel scheduling in social institutions.

Your Profile:

• You can start at IU if you have a (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or are a state-certified technician or business administrator.
• You can prove German language skills according to language level B2.
• You have a good understanding of mathematics.
• You enjoy analyzing and have strong organizational skills.
• You possess a high sense of responsibility.
• You work independently but also enjoy teamwork.
