Strengthen our AI Go-To-Market Team in full-time as (Senior) AI Engineer (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

This role focuses on building scalable AI systems that drive personalized pre-sales experiences and deliver measurable business impact across digital channels.

Your tasks

  • Develop and scale agentic AI systems powering complex, multi-step user journeys across web, WhatsApp, and additional digital interfaces.
  • Implement advanced retrieval and context-engineering pipelines using RAG architectures, hybrid search, semantic chunking, and scalable context strategies.
  • Shape intelligent and reliable AI behavior through prompt engineering, intent modeling, and rigorous specification design aligned with product and brand requirements.
  • Optimize production-ready AI systems with strong engineering across latency, observability, reliability, guardrails, and secure data handling.
  • Drive continuous improvement through systematic evaluation, testing, monitoring, and iteration of model and workflow performance.

Your Profile

  • You bring hands-on experience in backend engineering with Python and modern service architectures such as FastAPI.
  • You have a proven track record in building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic workflows in production environments.
  • You demonstrate deep practical knowledge of orchestration, state management, workflow control, tool use, and context engineering for multi-step AI systems.
  • You are familiar with modern retrieval technologies including embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval, semantic chunking, and context construction.
  • You know how to design, evaluate, and evolve AI systems with robust monitoring, testing, guardrails, and secure handling of sensitive data.
