Your Responsibilities
- You analyze market needs and opportunities to actively shape the future and further expand our business.
- As part of our Media Buying and SEA Google team, you will manage a solid portfolio of partners and dedicated Google campaigns. You will plan, negotiate PPC and banner campaigns, and monitor their performance and implementation with the aim of higher profitability – supported by our in-house campaign management system. You will also handle payments and control partner deliveries.
- You solve challenges data-driven and with creative approaches tailored to market needs. You also support the Media Buying team through knowledge transfer and contribute new ideas that ideally have a high impact on output and performance.
- You provide creative input for the creation of banners and landing page designs based on data and market performance.
- You build relationships with business partners, negotiate deals, and develop solutions to achieve your goals.

Your Profile
- Solid experience (3-5 years) in the performance lead generation environment, especially in converting and monetizing CPM and CPC traffic.
- Experience working with data and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Proven success in managing Google campaigns.
- Experience in developing creative solutions and methods for performance improvement.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to influence partner deals respectfully and goal-oriented.
- A structured approach to work and a hands-on mentality while managing diverse, complex topics simultaneously.
- Motivation and curiosity to develop further in an experienced team with state-of-the-art technology.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken), good German skills are a plus.
