We are on a mission to change that. We are one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Europe.

Founded in London in 2012 by a German and a Brit, we support the self-employed and small businesses with loans tailored to their business model. Since then, we have already disbursed over €1 billion in loans.

We have been active in the German market since 2015, where we have rapidly grown into one of the largest fintech providers of loans in our segment. We now have almost 300 employees in total. Our German team is spread across our locations in London and Frankfurt, and we are currently expanding our Frankfurt office in particular.

What awaits you?
  • Sales Pipeline: You will build a high-quality pipeline of potential customers (SMEs) and take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to successful closing
  • Analysis & Qualification: You will identify and qualify potential new customers and assess which companies have a genuine need for financing
  • Strategy & Teamwork: You will actively shape the team's sales strategy by sharing your insights and best practices to increase our collective success
What you should bring?
  • You have at least two years of B2B sales experience and have regularly met or even exceeded your targets
  • You are confident and experienced in cold calling and are not afraid of a high call volume
  • You can independently build your lead funnel and maintain top customer communication
  • You have confident German (C1) and English (B2) language skills, both spoken and written
  • High self-motivation and a strong goal-oriented approach characterize you
