Job Description:
Your Responsibilities:
- WAGNER is one of the globally leading providers of systems and components in surface technology, and you will help our customers with technical questions regarding our industrial systems and our craftsman products.
- Specifically, you will answer customer inquiries and complaints via phone, Teams, and email, monitoring open customer requests from creation to completion.
- Furthermore, you will also support our international customers on-site in finding solutions for malfunctions.
- Finally, you will work closely with your colleagues from adjacent areas (e.g., R&D, Repair) to continuously develop our customer support in the future.
Your Profile:
- You have completed an electro-technical apprenticeship (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Technician) or have a comparable qualification.
- During your professional experience, you have gained experience in technical customer support or service and ideally have knowledge of an ERP system.
- You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with our international customers and are willing to travel approximately 10-20%.
- You are a communicative personality with a high sense of service and enjoy delving into technical solutions.
