Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Berlin, Germany, with some flexibility to work from home. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The role involves identifying business process improvements, creating detailed reports and insights, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project success. The Business Analyst will also monitor performance metrics and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Business Analysis and define Business Requirements tailored to organizational needs
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools and proficiency with data analysis software is an advantage
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus, but not required
• Adaptability to hybrid work environments and ability to manage tasks both independently and collaboratively
