We are currently looking for a Trainee (m/f/d) in Sales - B2B Telephone Appointment Setting for our client at the Hattersheim am Main location.

Your Responsibilities as a Trainee in Sales:

• Contacting companies by phone to arrange business appointments.
• Friendly and professional communication.
• Documenting conversations in the CRM system.
• Supporting exciting projects for various clients.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is advantageous, but career changers are also very welcome.
• Enjoy talking on the phone and persuading people.
• Friendly voice, strong communication skills, and active listening.
• Motivated, reliable, and structured work approach.
