Controller Customer Service Data (m/f/d) – approx. 40% Home Office

Your Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of standardized KPI reporting and dashboards for service-related key figures, including their visualization.
• Creation of standard presentations for data-based decision support, especially for regular reviews and management meetings.
• Planning of costs, revenue, volume, and profits within the scope of business objectives.
• Execution and support of budget planning, forecasts, and variance analyses (planned vs. actual).
• Root cause analysis of deviations.
• Creation, presentation, and communication of ad-hoc analyses, reports, forecasts, and statistics to internal stakeholders.
• Ongoing analysis of business development at the product, brand, and service level to identify trends, potentials, and risks.
• Preparation and evaluation of data for the calculation of sales incentives / bonus points.
• Close collaboration with specialist departments (Sales, Product Management, and Controlling) to understand and implement data-driven requirements.
• Further development of existing analysis processes and identification of automation potentials.
• Customer and prospect data: Preparation and provision for acquisition and CRM activities together with other departments.

Our Requirements:

• Successfully completed business administration degree, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or Banking.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the leasing or automotive industry.
• Very good German (C2) and English (at least B2) language skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with SAP.
• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and a focus on quality.
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
• High communication and teamwork skills, as well as initiative, commitment, and resilience.
