HR Business Partner (m/w/d) – 60% Home-Office
For the HR department in Frankfurt, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) with a 60% home office option, starting as soon as possible.
Our Offerings:

- Home Office Option: 60%
- Salary Budget: €68,000 - €80,000 p.a. (depending on professional experience and qualifications)
- 30 days of vacation

Your Responsibilities:
- Independent management and coordination of all personnel management processes throughout all phases of the employment relationship, as well as advisory support for managers on personnel, structural, and organizational issues.
- Conception, planning, and implementation of strategic HR projects, as well as structured support for change and transformation processes within the scope of change management.
- Management and further development of talent and performance management processes, including objective agreements, regular feedback cycles, and individual development measures.
- Shaping and promoting an inclusive, appreciative, and performance-oriented corporate culture through targeted measures and initiatives.
- Partnership-based collaboration with the Works Council and ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
- Participation in forward-looking and needs-based planning of personnel resources.
Our Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, economic psychology, or a similar field of study with an HR focus.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar or comparable position.
- Sound knowledge of labor law (including the BetrVG - Works Constitution Act).
- Experience in dealing with Works Councils.
- Change management experience.
- Proficient use of standard MS Office applications.
- Very good German (C2 level) and fluent English skills (C1 level).
- Empathy and ability to work in a team.
- Commitment, resilience, and flexibility.
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Independent and responsible work style, as well as assertiveness and negotiation skills.
