Your Responsibilities
- You have successfully completed your training as a technician or your technical studies and have the qualification as a Safety Specialist for Occupational Safety (FaSi / SiFa) or are willing to obtain it.
- You have several years of professional experience as a Safety Specialist for Occupational Safety, ideally in the building materials/stone/earth industry, as well as a good understanding of the processes and complexity of shift operations.
- You are experienced in creating risk assessments and are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations.
- You convince internally and externally with consulting competence, communication skills (in German and English), and teamwork, present yourself confidently, and work independently, goal-oriented, and assertively.
- Finally: You have a good command of MS Office, have initial ERP experience, and ideally have already worked with Quentic.
Your Profile
- You are a specialist in planning and implementing projects related to occupational safety and process optimization.
- Conducting inspections and recurring checks is your responsibility - you clearly document deviations and initiate effective measures.
- You advise on risk assessments and create corresponding operating and work instructions.
- You design and conduct safety briefings for employees and external companies, as well as organize and document inspections and ASA meetings.
- You act proactively - you prevent accidents with smart prevention concepts, analyze incidents stringently, and report the relevant occupational safety key figures with concrete recommendations.
