About the Role

We are looking for you and your passion for the smell of the barn for an international company that distributes feed and raw materials worldwide. The company is a market leader in supplying high-quality molasses to dairy farms in Germany. Therefore, experience in agricultural sales (e.g., animal husbandry, agricultural trade, feed, cattle farming) is essential.
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will speak the language of farmers and understand the industry. With your authentic approach, you will win new customers and build long-term partnerships in the Berlin / Brandenburg region.
As an external sales representative, you will be 100% flexible, travel extensively, and convince through your performance: no endless reports, no rigid guidelines -- your results speak for themselves.
Responsibilities
- Win dairy farms as new customers and expand the network
- Independently research new customers and plan your appointments
- Conduct sales talks, write offers, and negotiate conditions
- Take care of existing customers and visit farmers on-site
- Analyze the market and find strategies to optimize sales
Qualifications
- Experience in field sales / sales in the agricultural and/or farming, animal husbandry, cattle farming, or nutritional science sectors
- Ideally, an agricultural apprenticeship or a relevant agricultural background
- Your communicative and self-confident manner makes you a strong negotiator
- Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel within your sales territory (Leipzig, Halle, Bernburg, Magdeburg)
