This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (B2B SaaS) based in Germany.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity designed for an experienced operator ready to take ownership of a B2B SaaS business within a fast-scaling portfolio environment. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end performance across strategy, revenue growth, operations, and organizational development, with full P&L accountability.

The role combines entrepreneurial autonomy with the backing of a seasoned global platform that removes operational complexity and enables leaders to focus on growth and execution. You will shape go-to-market strategy, build and lead high-performing teams, and guide product and commercial evolution in competitive SaaS markets.

Accountabilities

  • Define and execute the company's strategy, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and portfolio goals.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
  • Lead and scale go-to-market execution across PLG, inbound, enterprise sales, and partnership channels.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management, process optimization, and scalable operating models.
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams, including succession planning and organizational design.
  • Champion product and business innovation, including adoption of AI-driven opportunities and new business models.
  • Represent the business externally with customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with portfolio leadership to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager, or senior executive in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Strong track record of scaling SaaS businesses and driving key growth metrics such as ARR, retention, and profitability.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy across PLG, enterprise sales, and partnerships.
  • Strong financial acumen with full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing leadership teams.
  • Experience driving organizational transformation and operational improvements at scale.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
