This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced talent professional passionate about building high-performing global teams and shaping the future of workforce excellence. In this role, you will lead both talent acquisition and talent management initiatives across an international, mission-driven organization.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy designed to attract, engage, and hire top-tier professionals.
- Lead and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an efficient hiring experience.
- Define recruitment roles, responsibilities, and best practices.
- Manage recruitment efforts for key and executive-level positions.
- Continuously assess and improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives through digital platforms and social media.
- Support workforce planning activities by forecasting hiring needs and developing roadmaps.
- Collaborate with leadership on compensation, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Evaluate and enhance performance management frameworks.
- Build and expand learning and development initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop HR analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and global recruitment leadership.
- 5+ years of experience supporting talent management and the employee lifecycle.
- Previous experience within nonprofit, technology-focused, or mission-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Proven experience managing global recruitment programs and partnering with senior leaders.
- Advanced proficiency with HR technologies (HRIS, ATS, performance management, LMS).
- Comfortable using cloud-based collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging workforce data.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Experience working within international and fully remote organizations is highly desirable.
