Accountabilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Observability Architects from diverse backgrounds.
• Define, build and execute impactful customer lifecycle frameworks in collaboration with the Engagement Management team.
• Utilize a servant-based leadership approach to maximize your team's potential.
• Oversee retention and expansion efforts.
• Plan, lead and report on team activities based on strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on customer programs and initiatives.
• Act as a thought leader for key customer accounts and internally.
• Understand and contribute to customer strategies for adopting our technologies.
• Ensure customer requirements are met through product management collaboration.
• Manage the cadence of team demonstrations and evaluations for prospective customers.
• Educate users on leveraging the Grafana stack effectively.
• Assist in the development of critical SLA dashboards.
• Articulate the company's value proposition and vision to customers.
• Provide timely feedback to internal teams regarding product performance and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to documentation and create valuable enablement materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership experience and 5+ years in the high-tech industry.
• Proven track record in mentoring and managing team performance.
• Experience in Open Source selling or product-led market strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the Grafana Platform and competing observability products.
• Experience in selling monitoring or data visualization products.
• Creative problem-solving abilities for customer adoption challenges.
• Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to identify and implement timely solutions for customer needs.
• Extensive Grafana deployment design expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
