  • Strong background supporting enterprise SaaS transactions and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent drafting skills with the ability to create clear, scalable, and commercially practical contractual frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and broader data protection principles; familiarity with U.S. privacy laws is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across international and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed global teams.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market, partnerships, or HR technology environments is considered beneficial.
  • Strategic mindset combined with sound business judgment, adaptability, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional maturity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and diplomacy.

  • Flexible paid time off and asynchronous work culture supporting work-life balance.
  • Flexible working hours designed around personal productivity and lifestyle needs.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
