Accountabilities
- Produce and edit high-performing marketing videos for multiple digital platforms, including social media and adult-adjacent channels.
- Lead the post-production process, ensuring videos are visually engaging, emotionally compelling, and optimized for conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and content aligned with campaign objectives and performance data.
- Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creativity and accelerate production timelines.
- Maintain visual storytelling standards while adapting quickly to feedback and performance-driven iterations.
- Optimize video content for various formats, ratios, and platform-specific requirements, while ensuring compliance with policies and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of video editing experience, with a strong portfolio of paid marketing campaign ads.
- Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-focused content.
- Proven experience integrating generative AI tools into the creative workflow.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of advertising KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, and ability to optimize creative accordingly.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and fluency in English.
- Goal-oriented, ownership-driven, and able to balance speed, execution, and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable working with NSFW or adult-adjacent content and experimental creative formats.
- Bonus: prior experience in the adult, dating, or igaming industries.
