Paralegal with a passion for customer service (LegalTech)

Accountabilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents tailored to client requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other channels, providing clear guidance and support.
• Assist customers with technical setups, including integrations with source code management platforms.
• Support sales efforts by providing information and guidance to prospective clients.
• Draft reports based on customer-provided data and ensure accurate delivery.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, championing customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal or customer-focused role.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and web-based productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in customer success or client-facing roles is a plus.
