This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on driving growth within the rapidly evolving Connected Living and Digital Commerce ecosystem across Europe. Acting as a strategic sales leader, you will identify new market opportunities, shape go-to-market approaches, and position advanced manufacturing and engineering capabilities to global customers. The role requires close collaboration with technical, operational, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions for highly innovative industries such as robotics, automation, and intelligent devices. You will operate in a global environment, leveraging a broad manufacturing footprint to support large-scale customer programs. This position is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives in complex, solution-based sales environments and enjoys shaping market expansion strategies.
Accountabilities:
You will define and execute the sales strategy for Connected Living and Digital Commerce across Europe, driving market expansion and revenue growth through complex solution-based selling. You will build strong executive relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and collaborate across global teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business objectives and growth priorities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within intelligent devices, robotics, automation, and connected ecosystems
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in target accounts
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including RFQ analysis, pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract closure
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to design and deliver customized solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to refine go-to-market and positioning strategies
- Provide regular performance updates and data-driven insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
You bring extensive experience in enterprise sales within complex, technical, and solution-oriented environments, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing long sales cycles. You are confident engaging senior stakeholders and translating technical capabilities into clear business value.
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within EMS, manufacturing, intelligent devices, or industrial technology sectors
- Proven success in consultative, solution-based sales with long and complex deal cycles
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven product ecosystems
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and closing high-value strategic deals
- Ability to develop and execute structured sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and customer requirements
- Fluent professional communication skills in English; German proficiency is an advantage
