Agile Master

About the Role

For our partner company, we are looking for a (Senior) Agile Master (m/f/d) at the Cologne location. The German mobile provider has established itself as one of the leading providers in the market with a modern brand image, high network quality, and fair conditions.

The position is initially limited to 18 months.

Your Responsibilities

• You will accompany and coach the app team in applying agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
• You will design and moderate various formats such as retrospectives, PI planning, and workshops for effective collaboration.
• You will support the establishment of new teams and structures within the scope of scaling, thereby promoting transparency and self-organization.
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, IT Analysts, and Stakeholders for prioritization and synchronization is also part of your focus.
• Furthermore, you will provide impulses for an agile culture and optimize processes based on data by analyzing team performance.
• As a central enabler, you will empower people to find solutions independently and actively drive change.

Your Profile

• You have at least five years of professional experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or in a comparable role.
• Sound knowledge of agile frameworks and scaling models such as SAFe, LeSS, or Flight Levels distinguishes you.
• You have already achieved success in accompanying transformations and scaling initiatives.
• You possess strong moderation and coaching skills in dealing with teams and managers.
• You are proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro and have a good understanding of software development processes.
• Your solution-oriented mindset and communicative nature help you bring people together successfully.
