Responsibilities

• Advise our clients both strategically at the top management level and operationally on pricing, bank costing, controlling, and their integration with strategic planning.
• Analyze and evaluate the current status quo, identify gaps, and derive recommendations for action from a business and regulatory perspective (MaRisk compliance).
• Take responsibility for the execution and management of (sub-)projects at our clients and conduct technical, methodological, and software-related training.
• Support projects from a functional, process, and technical perspective, as well as for the introduction and optimization of the MARZIPAN® pricing software solution – from customer acquisition to project completion.
• Identify new consulting topics with colleagues, develop them for market readiness and market launch, or expand existing consulting concepts and solutions from a customer needs perspective.

Profile

• Several years of experience in consulting firms or at savings banks, banks, or financial service providers.
• Expertise in the core topics: product and price management, pre- and post-calculation of banking products, profitability measurement, business segment accounting / controlling, equity management, revenue and cost management, management of variable business, or integration of ESG / sustainability topics, design of dashboards / reporting.
• Completed studies in economics or a comparable education and further training at a savings bank / or banking academy.
• Communication skills, confident demeanor, independent work style, and flexibility.
• Desire for diverse project assignments with changing professional requirements and contacts.
• Low willingness to travel and fluent German language skills (minimum C1).
