Global Portfolio Lead Software Solutions (m/w/d)

Requirements

Must have:

• Extensive (min. 10 years) relevant professional experience as a lead in portfolio management of digital/software products
• Proven several years of leadership experience (min. 5 years) and project management in international matrix organizations
• Degree (Diplom/Master) in Digital Business Management, Digital Strategy, IT, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Good fundamental technical understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, IoT, software architecture
• Profound knowledge in portfolio management and strategy development for software products, prioritization, innovation management, agile methods, and Design Thinking
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (min. C1)
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

• You will take on the technical leadership for the global, strategic portfolio management of our software solutions and digital products, making a direct contribution to the implementation of our Strategy 2030+.
• In close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders worldwide (sales regions, technology, service), you will develop the global portfolio strategy, derive roadmaps from it, and implement them with your team.
• You will expand existing products, further develop them, and continuously optimize them.
• You will prioritize and accompany development projects from the initial idea through requirements management to successful market launch.
• You will assume entrepreneurial responsibility for the product result (Profit and Loss) and manage all measures along the product lifecycle worldwide.
• Market, competitor, and trend analyses are part of your tasks, as is supporting marketing and sales activities.
