Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic consulting and design of future-oriented SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP CX such as Service Cloud & Field Service Management) in close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
- Holistic consulting in the design and optimization of service processes (including Service Request to Fulfill, Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management)
- Requirements analysis, conception of solution architectures, and implementation of modern SAP S/4HANA Service solutions in the cloud environment
- Proactive development of the consulting and service portfolio, including the creation of demo systems and practical service scenarios
- Taking on a role model function and coaching consultants in project assignments
- Innovative process design in future-oriented end-to-end processes using the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies and best practices
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end service processes and service-oriented business models
- In-depth expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service as well as in the technical implementation and integration of SAP CX solutions and adjacent LoBs
- Expertise in leading SAP projects and effectively steering teams
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
