Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

About This Role

• Be the point of contact for our renowned gastronomy partners on behalf of Lieferando.
• Acquisition and identification of new business opportunities from strategic key account partners in Germany.
• Expansion and further development of your own customer base within the company.
• Account Relationship Management: Excellent, independent, and comprehensive service/support and the first point of contact for our strategic accounts on all matters.
• Negotiation of cooperations with key decision-makers of individual chains, as well as support for pilot projects.
• Independent planning, preparation, and execution of annual, acquisition, closing, and price negotiations, as well as their follow-up and documentation.
• Close collaboration with your Team Lead and our global team to achieve optimal results.

Key Components of the Role

• A degree in economics, a commercial apprenticeship, or similar qualifications.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or key account management.
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken), other foreign languages are a plus.
• High professionalism and competence in contract negotiations and the support of strategic customers.
• Strong communication skills and a pronounced sales talent with convincing negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured, and efficient way of working, as well as a confident demeanor are a matter of course for you!
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in constantly developing and pursuing new solutions.
• High willingness to travel to customers (a company car is of course also provided) and proficient use of Google Drive, MS Office, Salesforce, and other common communication tools such as Slack.
