Your Role

Für diesen Anspruch werden Sie als SAP BTP Cloud Software Engineer (m/w/d) in der Zentrale unternehmensweit eingesetzt. Arbeiten Sie eng verzahnt im kleinen Team an spannenden SAP S/4 HANA Neueinführungen im Umfeld des Projektmanagements, und/oder im Umfeld des Supports bei den Bestandskunden. Sie müssen dazu keine Kenntnisse in SAP S/4 HANA mitbringen, denn diese werden Ihnen durch interne Schulungen und Coaching, sowie dem SAP E-Learning Hub, über Zertifikate und "Training on the Job" angeeignet. Arbeiten Sie auch an SAP-Projekten im Umfeld der Integration komplexer Geschäftsprozesse in den SAP-Systemen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen. Für die Arbeit von Ihrem Home-Office aus und/oder am Standort Leipzig, ggf. auch vor Ort beim Kunden suchen wir einen SAP BTP Cloud Software Engineer (m/w/d) im Umfeld der fachlichen, funktionellen und technischen SAP-Beratung, aber auch in der Einführung von SAP BTP Cloud für SAP S/4 HANA oder im SAP Support innerhalb des IT-Teams mit bunt gemischter Altersstruktur. Neben den SAP BTP Cloud Projekten, an denen Sie arbeiten, werden weitere SAP Kernmodule von den Kollegen unterstützt. Es erwartet Sie daher nicht nur das normale Tages-, sondern auch das Projektgeschäft mit S/4 HANA Konversionen und Neuimplementierungen. Es gibt alternativ auch die Support-Organisation.

Work Environment & Flexibility

Your Responsibilities:

As a SAP BTP Cloud Software Engineer (m/w/d), you will develop and design applications in the Fiori / UI5 environment as well as mobile enterprise solutions in the digitalization sector with SAP. You will utilize BTP services such as Business Application Studio, HTML5 Repository, and SAP Build Apps. You will apply low-code scenarios like CDS Views, including Fiori Elements with the design of virtual data models, and use integration scenarios from the BTP Integration Suite. This includes:

• Requirements analysis, conception, and creation of processes, components, and IT systems
• Technology stacks and development environments
• Go-Live, components, and architecture solutions

Your Qualifications:

• Practical experience and enthusiasm for project work, as well as training junior and senior colleagues
• Ability to identify and understand customer support needs and problems, and to convince them of the added value and benefits
• Ideally, training in the SAP environment or a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or an equivalent apprenticeship or qualification
• Very good knowledge in the modeling and development of frontends with frameworks such as SAP UI5, Angular, or React
• Solution-oriented and inventive
• Experience in applying CDS Views, Fiori Elements, and their annotations
• Sound knowledge of BTP Business Application Studio and implementation in Multitarget Applications
• Knowledge in solution finding using Design Thinking and understanding of RESTful Web Services/ oData
• High degree of independence, organizational talent, and resilience, as well as empathy and good communication skills
• Teamwork, self-confidence, self-assurance, and strong communication skills
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
