Your new workplace offers a variety of tasks. Together with the specialist department, you will develop and coordinate business processes and support and train internal users in the SD/CRM area. You will also actively participate in the preparations for the planned S/4 HANA transition. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for projects and participate in cross-module projects.

Our client offers you exciting, process-oriented projects, including the introduction of S/4 HANA, in which you will work closely together in a small team. Work takes place at the site itself and in a hybrid model with up to 2 days of home office. You work a 40-hour week and have 30 days of vacation. Your Tasks:

• Collaboration with specialist departments regarding application and process consulting, as well as development and customizing of business processes in the SD/CRM area
• Process consulting and support for the planned S/4HANA introduction and its system implementation, as well as management of external service providers
• Continuous support and training of users in the SD/CRM area
• Participation in projects and assumption of project management tasks
• User support and training
• Participation in cross-module projects within the SAP team
• Documentation and maintenance

Your Prerequisites:

• Practical experience and enthusiasm for application support with project work
• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or alternatively a similar vocational training, or knowledge and skills acquired through many years of experience and further training measures
• Very good knowledge in the area of SAP SD and CRM, as well as
• Knowledge regarding processes and customizing in addition to the SAP modules Sales and Customer Service, preferably also in other modules
• Experience in projects and partial responsibility are advantageous
• High degree of independence, organizational talent, and resilience, as well as empathy and communication skills
• Teamwork, self-confidence, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.
