Location: Reutlingen / Berlin / remote possible • Start: Immediately • Employment: Full-time • Salary Range: €42,000 - €56,000
Your Role
As Content & Campaign Manager, you'll make our marketing strategy visible. You'll operatively implement content, campaigns, and editorial plans -- clearly structured, reliable, and with a focus on execution.
Without you, marketing remains a concept. With you, campaigns, website, and go-to-market go live.

Your Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of website content such as texts, landing pages, and blog articles
- Editing of SEO-oriented content based on clear specifications
- Setup and maintenance of an editorial plan
- Creation of whitepapers and guides
- Creation of news and updates
- Creation of newsletter content
- Operational implementation of marketing campaigns
- Content preparation for webinars
- Editorial implementation of LinkedIn content for company profiles and campaigns
- Coordination with SEO, Marketing Lead, and external partners
Your Profile
- 2-4 years of professional experience in content, editorial, or marketing implementation (e.g., content marketing, editorial, B2B marketing, or digital publishing)
- Very strong text and editorial competence: clear, structured, target-audience-appropriate, and error-free
- Very good English skills for predominantly English-speaking communication
- Experience in creating website content, campaign content, and editorial formats
- Ability to present complex topics understandably without oversimplifying or trivializing them
- Structured, reliable way of working with a clear focus on implementation and completion
- Very good German skills (spoken & written)
- High degree of independence, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines
- Enjoy working with clear briefings and consistently completing content
- Confident use of editorial plans, CMS, and common content workflows
- Basic technical understanding and routine use of AI-supported tools in daily work
- Experience in the B2B or SaaS environment is an advantage
- Experience with campaign, webinar, or event content is desirable
- Routine in preparing content for LinkedIn
- Experience collaborating with external service providers (e.g., design or video) is an advantage
