Responsibilities

• Advising our clients in the area of asset and business succession, particularly at the interface between "law and taxes"
• Planning and conceptualizing succession solutions from a tax perspective in a team with experts in inheritance and corporate law
• Gift and inheritance tax advice and optimization, especially in cases of business succession, including support for declaration work in a specialized team
• General tax and legal advice for our clients on the diverse topics surrounding succession

Profile

• Qualified as a lawyer (m|w|d) and tax advisor (m|w|d)
• Several years of professional experience in succession consulting with a focus on tax issues
• Openness and interest in AI-supported work
• Precise and goal-oriented way of working
• Team player and consulting personality
