About Us

The Katholisches Kinderkrankenhaus Wilhelmstift, part of the ANSGAR GRUPPE, is a leading pediatric hospital in Northern Germany, specializing in advanced care with 261 inpatient and day-patient beds. Our Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine integrates eleven departments and 22 specialized areas, facilitating a seamless healthcare experience. We provide top-tier medical care to approximately 11,000 inpatients and 50,000 outpatients, earning recognition far beyond Northern Germany.

For our 4-person IT team, we are seeking an experienced

IT System Administrator Client Management & Helpdesk (f/m/d)

to join us as soon as possible, full-time (38.5 hours/week).

Your Responsibilities:

  • 1st-level support (phone, on-site, remote) via ticketing system
  • Independently and creatively handle 1st and 2nd level IT support (in-person, phone, remote)
  • Install workstations using software deployment (PCs & Thin Clients)
  • Manage printers
  • Set up and relocate workstations at all locations
  • Administer and use Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and hospital/practice-specific applications
  • Create documentation and process descriptions
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects

Your Profile:

  • Trained IT specialist for system integration (f/m/d), IT system electronics technician, or equivalent qualification
  • Additional qualifications, e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
  • Experience in administering Microsoft Active Directory and related technical prerequisites (DHCP, DNS, GPO)
  • Relevant professional experience (preferably in healthcare), extensive know-how in client and software management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems and applications in Windows-based client environments and networks
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and teamwork skills
  • Fluent German (written and spoken), good English skills, and confident communication with users and colleagues.
