Business Development Consultant -- Sportsbook (Remote, Europe)

We are partnering with an international provider of Sportsbook and trading technology solutions and are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant -- Sportsbook. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong industry connections who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the sportsbook industry
• Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of qualified leads and partners
• Conduct outreach, pitch sportsbook solutions, and lead commercial negotiations
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with operators and platform providers
• Represent the company in meetings and at relevant industry events
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support successful deal closures
• Manage and update sales pipelines and report on business development progress
• Support market expansion across European and international markets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience in sportsbook or iGaming
• Strong existing network within sportsbook operators or B2B gaming environments
• Native or C2-level Russian and fluent English (C1)
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and close B2B deals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fully remote and performance-driven role
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events
• Based in Europe
