Having established strong traction and the support of leading healthcare institutions, they are now entering a pivotal phase of innovation.
The focus is shifting towards their AI-native "Agent" interface---a system designed to handle the complexities of digital discharge management at scale.
This is a high-impact role where you will define the technical direction of a core product, ensuring that the frontend architecture is robust enough to support advanced agentic UI patterns while maintaining the pace of a high-growth environment.
The Role
This role is cantered on technical excellence and the architectural evolution of a sophisticated AI-driven platform.
Rather than just executing tasks, your focus will be on owning the technical roadmap for the frontend, creating the structures that allow for complex, stateful interactions, and ensuring the engineering team can deliver with both speed and quality.
You'll:
- Take technical end-to-end responsibility for the AI-native agent interface.
- Own the technical direction and design of the architecture, specifically around agentic UI patterns.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Design and develop complex, stateful UIs that handle asynchronous and streaming-driven interactions.
- Bring visibility and clarity to execution, serving as the primary technical escalation point.
- Drive engineering health through performance optimization, caching strategies, and robust pipelines.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to ensure the team maintains high standards.
What we're looking for
- Significant professional experience in software development within product-led environments.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and the React ecosystem.
- Proven experience building complex, stateful UIs with asynchronous or streaming data flows.
- Solid fundamentals in modern CI/CD and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- A "builder" mindset with a clear interest in deep engineering topics like performance and architecture.
- Clear, direct communicator who can align technical strategy with product goals.
- Pragmatic approach, focused on shipping outcomes that solve real user problems.
- Experience in high-growth or regulated environments is highly beneficial.
