Tasks

• Employment law advice in restructuring, reorganization, and insolvency situations
• Support for operational changes, agreements of interest, and social plans
• Advice on personnel measures in crisis scenarios (separation, transformation, reorganization)
• Representation of:
  • Companies in economic difficulties
  • Investors and funds
  • Insolvency administrators, bodies, and creditors
• Advice on employment law liability and challenge issues
• Negotiation with employee representatives and other stakeholders

Profile

• Above-average completed state examinations
• Clear specialization in employment law
• Experience in the employment law environment of restructuring or special situations
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and genuine commitment
• Very good English skills
• Doctorate or LL.M. welcome, but not a prerequisite
