Praktikum Digital Marketing (m/w/d) - SEO, Content & Social | Remote (DE/NL)

About the Role

Kepner-Tregoe is an international consulting and training company focused on problem-solving and decision-making. To strengthen our European marketing team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to support us in expanding our digital presence.

👉 Goal of your role: You will help us generate more qualified traffic, optimize content, and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Your Tasks

• Collaboration on SEO & GEO strategies (DACH focus)
• Optimization of websites (on-page SEO, keywords, internal linking)
• Creation and optimization of German marketing content (landing pages, blog, emails)
• Support with LinkedIn campaigns (organic & paid)
• Analysis of performance data and derivation of optimizations
• Collaboration with international marketing and design teams
• Participation in global marketing meetings

Your Profile

• Student (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar)
• Native-level German (C2) -- mandatory
• Very good English skills (international collaboration)
• Residency in Germany or the Netherlands
• Initial experience in digital marketing / SEO is an advantage
• Ideally, experience with: LinkedIn, CMS (e.g., WordPress), Canva or Adobe Express
