Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Economics Teacher -- AI Trainer to combine subject matter expertise in economics with innovative AI-driven educational initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will design engaging course content, contribute to academic research, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance AI-powered learning tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive instruction in areas such as econometrics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, and price theory
• Develop syllabi, assignments, assessments, and digital learning materials tailored for AI-enhanced platforms
• Conduct and integrate academic or applied research into curriculum development
• Collaborate with AI and product development teams to refine training data and improve AI-generated educational content
• Evaluate and grade coursework, ensuring alignment with academic standards
• Stay current with developments in economics research and AI-enabled pedagogy
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and intellectually rigorous remote learning environment
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI models trained on economics-related content

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Economics or a closely related discipline
• Postsecondary teaching experience in economics
• Strong curriculum development and academic research background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital education technologies and AI-enhanced learning platforms
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
