About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals for our regional clients in various locations, offering a 100% home office setup. This is a full-time or part-time position.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current professional experience in energy administration.
• Knowledge of energy feed-in processes is required.
• Several years of experience in commercial processes within the energy industry, specifically with SAP IS-U.
• Familiarity with energy feed-in processes.
• At least a commercial or technical apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in one of the mentioned areas.
• Knowledge of SAP IS-U, Schleupen, or Wilken is mandatory. Experience with SAP EEG-Billing is desirable.
• Experience in processing and handling feed-in inquiries.
• Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the energy industry, especially EEG and KWKG.
• Understanding of the energy industry and the functioning of the liberalized energy market (structures, processes, and IT systems).
• Commitment, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently and results-oriented.

Your Responsibilities

• Processing and handling of feed-in inquiries (e.g., biomass, hydropower, wind power), including contract management using SAP IS-U.
• Remuneration management for feed-in providers according to the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and Combined Heat and Power Act (KWKG).
• Solution-oriented and final processing of inquiries and complaints from plant operators regarding feed-in credits.
• Advising energy supply companies (EVUs) on setting up and using the market master data register.
• Analysis and optimization of feed-in processes.
• Development of quality features for the improvement and optimization of existing workflow processes.
• Explaining energy industry contexts of grid usage and feed-in for plant operators, both verbally and in writing.

You will primarily work with the SAP IS-U billing system, but potentially also with Wilken, MyBusinessSupplier, or Schleupen systems (training for unfamiliar systems will be provided).
