Your Role

To strengthen our development teams, we are looking for a:

Technical Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)

Work Locations: Remote (Germany) or Offenbach am Main or Leipzig | Employment Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

In this newly created role, you will work in a growing team on the technical further development and integration of our platform – with a focus on interfaces, automation, and system connections. You will be an important bridge between technology, customer requirements, and our sales team.

• Conception and implementation of interfaces / integrations with third-party systems (e.g., time tracking or HR environments)
• Migration and connection of existing customer systems to KIDICAP®
• Development and optimization of automations (e.g., scripting, recurring processes, technical workflows)
• Support with releases, updates, and monitoring of our cloud environments
• Analysis of customer systems and requirements: You will identify technical potentials and priorities and implement them pragmatically.
• Technical coordination with customers and partners: You will clearly explain architecture, access concepts, and integration possibilities.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, e.g., the sales team, to translate technical feasibility and solution approaches effectively.

Your Profile

You are characterized by a high degree of problem-solving competence and are able to translate complex requirements into innovative, previously unused solution approaches. For this role, you bring a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills.

• High initiative & quick comprehension: You recognize interrelationships, structure problems, and find solutions.
• Solid experience in scripting and automation
• In-depth knowledge of databases and SQL (queries, understanding of data structures)
• Ideally, experience with cloud infrastructure and the operation/monitoring of technical environments
• Understanding of interfaces, integrations, and system connections (e.g., REST APIs, data flows, authentication)
• Strong communication and consulting skills – you can explain technical content clearly.
• German at a very good level (C1+)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., presales, technical consulting, support/implementation)
• Interest in industries such as healthcare, church, or public administration
