At KiKxxl, you work in a team of 36 nationalities with diverse worldviews. You will start with comprehensive, paid training in your new job and delight our customers in existing customer sales with your personality and our products.
Responsibilities
- You conduct advisory and informative sales calls.
- As a Customer Service Agent, you analyze customer needs and provide information on suitable products.
- You ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality standards in customer contact.
Profile
- You are communicative, can inspire customers, and are not lost for words.
- You are confident and quick-witted in dealing with people and have excellent verbal expression in customer contact in German.
- You have basic PC skills.
- For home office work: high self-responsibility and self-motivation.
- You are an ambitious career changer (even without formal training/qualification) or you have completed training as a Kaufmann / Kauffrau for Office Communication, Legal and Notary Assistant (m/f/d), Insurance Salesperson (m/f/d), Automotive Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Kaufmann or Kauffrau, Clerk (m/f/d), Office Employee (m/f/d), or comparable training in a commercial or skilled trade field, ideal for career starters.
