Responsibilities

• You conduct advisory and informative sales calls.
• As a Customer Service Agent, you analyze customer needs and provide information on suitable products.
• You ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality standards in customer contact.

Profile

• You are communicative, can inspire customers, and are not lost for words.
• You are confident and quick-witted in dealing with people and have excellent verbal expression in customer contact in German.
• You have basic PC skills.
• For home office work: high self-responsibility and self-motivation.
• You are an ambitious career changer (even without formal training/qualification) or you have completed training as a Kaufmann / Kauffrau for Office Communication, Legal and Notary Assistant (m/f/d), Insurance Salesperson (m/f/d), Automotive Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Kaufmann or Kauffrau, Clerk (m/f/d), Office Employee (m/f/d), or comparable training in a commercial or skilled trade field, ideal for career starters.
