As part of this growth, we are strengthening our Germany delivery team and are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to support our expanding business in the region.

We are spread across the country and work mainly remote. However, we regularly meet for customer workshops or team gatherings to ensure staying well-connected. As a major partner of the German Salesforce ecosystem, we are very well connected to Salesforce as well as other partners we often work with. What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to support the delivery of Salesforce solutions for our Manufacturing and Distribution clients in Germany and Europe. Someone who shares our passion for CRM and the Salesforce platform and wants to be challenged in a fun and collaborative environment.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, can take ownership and run with a challenge.
You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on the design, implementation, and integration of Salesforce solutions to meet our clients' business needs. They will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, develop strategies, and provide end-to-end solutions. This is as much a communications role as anything else, so we need a person who doesn't just think logically but can creatively and effectively design, build and communicate that solution.
What you may need to succeed:
- 3--5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, administration, or implementation
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience configuring and customising Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, etc.)
- Exposure to integrations and data migration concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- At least 1--2 Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator) preferred
What you'll be doing:
- You will be working with clients across Germany and Europe regions to understand their business requirements and design solutions for them, leveraging declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
- Working with clients across the EMEA, ASEAN, and ANZ regions to gather requirements and support solution design alongside senior consultants
- Configuring and customising Salesforce based on agreed solution designs
- Supporting discovery workshops and documenting business requirements
- Assisting in solution design discussions and providing input based on platform capabilities
- Managing change requests, enhancements, and day-to-day support tickets
- Supporting data migration, testing, and deployment activities
- Assisting in training sessions and system rollouts for end users
- Collaborating with developers and senior consultants to ensure best-practice implementations
- Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities
Language & Market Fit
- Professional proficiency in English and German
- Ideally open to a hybrid working model
- Comfortable working with regional and global delivery teams, particularly in Kuala Lumpur and Southeast Asia
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a scaling and fast-growing environment
