Your Mission

As a working student in Controlling & Finance, you will have a decisive impact on our company. By assisting with analyses, reporting, budgeting, and forecasts in IT Controlling, you actively support our operational business and contribute to us working more efficiently and future-orientedly. Your contribution is invaluable to our success and growth strategy. Together, we shape the future and drive positive changes in our company.

Your Role

• You will support IT Controlling in creating analyses and reports
• You will assist with budgeting and forecasts, as well as with our time tracking system
• You will take on tasks in the area of our digital ordering and approval process, from purchase requisition to invoice payment
• You will manage small projects independently
• You will optimize processes in your area of responsibility in coordination with all stakeholders
• You will work closely with a small team in IT Controlling

Your Profile and Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled as a student in a business administration or business informatics degree program for at least one more year
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in IT Controlling through an internship
• Your heart beats for numbers, and you are very confident and can work independently with Excel
• Knowledge of PowerBI or Power Query is an advantage
• You work analytically, independently, and very conscientiously
• You speak at least business-fluent German (B2) and English, both written and spoken
• You enjoy coming to our office in the heart of Berlin
