What You'll Do

• Help maintain and standardize PMO workflows, tracking sheets, documentation and support recurring project routines such as status updates, risk logs and action tracking
• Prepare steering and project meetings by building slides, compiling status summaries and performing data checks
• Assist in building and maintaining Tableau and Power BI dashboards for KPIs, resources, finances, delivery status and create visualizations to highlight trends, bottlenecks and risks
• Support in automating regular reports and ensuring data quality across sources
• Support project managers and cross-functional teams to drive transparency, stakeholder alignment and timely delivery

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Project Management, or a similar field
• Early hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI, combined with strong skills in Excel and Microsoft 365
• Solid analytical and design mindset with a good command of data structures and visual design, enabling clear, decision-ready dashboards
• You bring strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail in maintaining structured processes
• Proactive, curious communicator who's comfortable working with diverse stakeholder groups
