Job Description

Your Profile:

• You have significant experience in design and art direction within the gaming industry or a related field (such as other media areas).
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
• You have a strong design portfolio showcasing concepts and graphic design work for a variety of brand and marketing projects.
• You have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software; experience with Cinema 4D (or similar tools), as well as motion design and UI/UX design principles, is a plus.
• You have advanced English language skills; German language skills are an advantage.
• You possess a deep understanding of trends in gaming and pop culture and can leverage these to identify creative opportunities.
• You have excellent design and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively to Senior Leadership, Brand and Marketing management, and other cross-functional teams.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
