Referent in Property Accounting, Maintenance, and Sustainability (m/f/d)

What We Offer:

Property Accounting:

  • Planning, monitoring/analysis of operating costs
  • Budget and investment planning/controlling
  • Preparation of ancillary cost statements
  • Management of contracts (rental, lease, service provider contracts)
  • Checking, booking, and payment of invoices
  • Procurement of assets and furnishings
  • Communication and processing of inquiries and problems
  • Implementation of contractual obligations

Maintenance:

  • Coordination of maintenance and repair work
  • Monitoring of service providers
  • Analysis of consumption values and optimization of energy consumption/costs
  • Preparation/obtaining of quotes and maintenance plans
  • Documentation

Sustainability:

  • Creation and implementation of sustainability concepts for buildings
  • Optimization of building processes from a sustainability perspective in cooperation with property managers
  • Participation in sustainability audits

Other General Tasks:

  • Administrative support for the Facility Management Team
  • Support with projects and events
  • Communication with internal and external contacts

Who We Are Looking For:

  • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • You are technically savvy, and ecological issues as well as sustainable management are important to you.
  • A structured, independent, and punctual way of working is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a strong focus on communication and service.
  • High organizational and resilience skills, team spirit, and a confident, goal-oriented demeanor are your standards.
  • You are willing to familiarize yourself comprehensively with all areas of responsibility.
  • You are mobile and have a driver's license class B.
