About the Role

The Studienkreis is a leading private tutoring provider in Germany with around 1,000 locations and over a million students tutored. Approximately 1,500 employees are dedicated to helping students reach their full academic potential, improve their grades, and start their lives successfully through optimal support.

The Studienkreis GmbH is looking for you as soon as possible for a full-time position at the Bochum location as:

Employee Purchasing / Facility Management (m/f/d)

What awaits you:

Together with the team, you will ensure a functional and attractive learning environment for our students in our nearly 800 locations across Germany. Specifically, this means:

You will be responsible for the commercial processing of all processes in the area of location services and facility management.
You will ensure the optimal condition of our properties, planning and coordinating renovations, repairs, maintenance, and the renewal of our external advertising.
You and your team will ensure the pragmatic and goal-oriented implementation of all projects, especially for complex location changes such as relocations, closures, or new openings.
You will keep a close eye on costs, deadlines, and quality for all projects to achieve set goals efficiently.
You will ensure the quality of extensive databases, structure them, and independently develop meaningful KPIs from them.

What you bring:

Completed commercial apprenticeship as an office management clerk, real estate agent, or a comparable qualification. An economically focused study is a plus, but not a requirement.
Professional experience in service provider management, purchasing, or administration and support of properties.
Careful and team-oriented way of working.
Very good German and Excel skills, as well as an affinity for numbers.
Enjoyment of independent, practical work and operational involvement.
