Job Description

  • Your Brand: You will be responsible for the complete brand management of one of our Krombacher beer brands, with and without alcohol, in the beer and beer mixer category.
  • Marketing Mix for Success: You will oversee all media activities (ATL and BTL) to implement our marketing strategy in coordination with internal interfaces within the corporate group and external agencies.
  • Manage Activities: You will be responsible for the strategic and operational conception, implementation, and reporting of all product and marketing-specific activities to strengthen our brand presence in retail and gastronomy, including budget planning. You will manage campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Focus on the Target Group: Through careful market observation and the creation of market and competitor analyses, you will derive action and decision recommendations.
  • Innovation: You will actively drive the strategic development of your brands through constant market observation. You will keep an eye on new trends in product/liquid, packaging, and promotional material design.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on marketing.
  • At least three years of professional experience in brand marketing / brand management / brand communication / product management within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven success in implementing marketing projects, with an understanding of target groups, customer journeys, and shopper behavior in the consumer goods industry.
  • Great enthusiasm for beverages and product trends.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with convincing teamwork ability and a hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills.
