With around 3,200 employees, the Landesbetrieb Mobilität (LBM) is an important employer in Rhineland-Palatinate. We are a service provider for around one million people who travel on the roads of Rhineland-Palatinate every day. We plan, build, and maintain a road and cycle path network of approximately 18,700 kilometers and are also responsible for land and air traffic issues. We ensure that you reach your destination - at any time.

Your Tasks

• Tendering, awarding, and processing freelance services
• Planning, execution, and construction supervision of large and small new construction and conversion measures, as well as maintenance and modernization measures on the structural facilities of road maintenance depots and bases in cooperation with external engineering firms
• Participation in the creation of the building construction program
• Measurement, tendering, and processing of passive noise protection measures (e.g., replacement of windows, doors, installation of ventilation systems, etc.)

Your Profile

• Completed studies as Dipl.-Ing./Bachelor in Architecture or a comparable field of study
• Resilience and willingness to perform
• Willingness to work, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license class B and the willingness to use a private car for business purposes for appropriate compensation
• We require IT skills in Microsoft Office; experience in relevant specialized applications such as iTWO (formerly ARRIBA) or bricsCAD is desirable but not required
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws, as well as contract management, is desirable but not a prerequisite
