We are a service provider for around one million people who travel on the roads of Rhineland-Palatinate every day. We plan, build, and maintain a road and cycle path network of approximately 18,700 kilometers, and are also responsible for issues related to land and air transport. We ensure that you reach your destination - at all times.

Your Tasks

  • Preparation for the examination of final invoices for property surveys and examination of cost decisions by survey and cadastre authorities
  • Support in the awarding of property surveys
  • Support of property management
  • Information point for property records and land register

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a Vermessungstechniker (m/f/d) or Geomatiker (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge in the field of Rhineland-Palatinate cadastre and property surveying
  • Knowledge of GebVermGAVO (State Ordinance on Fees of Surveying and Cadastre Authorities and Valuation Committees (Special Fee Schedule)) is an advantage
  • Resilience and willingness to perform
  • Commitment, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • We require proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
