Sachbearbeiter/in Flüchtlingsunterbringung (m/f/d)

The scope of employment is 50%. Employment will be in pay grade 8 of the TVöD pay scale. This is a fixed-term employment contract until December 31, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Acquisition of properties for the temporary accommodation of refugees in cooperation with the Asylum and Refugee Affairs Department
• Preparation of rental and lease agreements
• Negotiations with private owners and real estate agents
• Participation in the working group for the concept of refugee accommodation
• Participation in the parking space allocation procedure

Your Profile

• Completed training as a public administration specialist (Verwaltungswirt/in) or administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), or as a real estate agent (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau), or a comparable qualification that enables you to perform the tasks mentioned above
• High degree of flexibility, commitment, and initiative
• Friendly demeanor
• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of rental law and SAP are advantageous
