About the Role
The Landkreis Reutlingen, located near Stuttgart and part of Baden-Württemberg's first biosphere reserve, is a region of diverse economic and natural landscapes. At the Landratsamt, we are committed to people, nature, economy, and culture, always with a holistic view.
We are seeking a responsible individual for our District Road Construction Office, Planning and Transport department, to fill the position of Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in Infrastructure Planning for Road Traffic at the earliest possible date. This role involves impactful tasks, future-oriented projects, and valuable additional benefits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deputy Head of the Planning and Transport Department
- Independent planning of traffic infrastructure measures
- Preparation and execution of engineering contracts for traffic facilities
- Project management and coordination of traffic infrastructure planning
- Involvement in the implementation of BIM within the District Road Construction Office
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Traffic or Civil Engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur (FH), Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering) or a comparable degree with a strong focus on traffic infrastructure
- Quick comprehension skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of communication and organizational skills
- Experience in design and with CARD/1 planning software is advantageous
- Valid driver's license, Class B
