Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic management and execution of development and product validation projects in the field of automotive equipment -- across multiple subsidiaries, locations, and business units.
  • Implementation, maintenance, and continuous development of a structured, standardized documentation and folder structure in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, TISAX, IATF 16949).
  • Responsibility for company-wide project portfolio management, including prioritization, budget control, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ensuring quality, time, and budget goals throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Preparation for audits and ensuring audit-proof documentation in accordance with quality standards.
  • Initiation and execution of lessons learned processes, risk assessments, and continuous improvement measures.

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in a technical or business administration field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering);
  • Alternatively: Certified master automotive technician (Kfz-Meister) or a comparable qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge in the commercial vehicle sector, ideally supported by several years of practical workshop experience
  • Several years of professional experience in technical project management in the automotive industry -- ideally with a focus on diagnostic devices, sensors, or workshop equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, TISAX).
  • Practical experience in implementing structured document management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Alfresco).
  • Practical experience with organizational and project tools such as Asana and SAGE.
  • A highly structured way of thinking with a strong sense for standards, compliance, and documentation quality.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) required; Mandarin skills are an advantage.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certifications such as PRINCE2®, PMP® or IPMA Level C/B for scalable and structured project management.
  • ISO 9000 Certification
  • Further training in document and quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, TISAX Coordinator).
