Die Lausitzer Naturbaustoffe GmbH entwickelt und produziert Lehmbaustoffe für den modernen Innenausbau. Wir wachsen und bauen Produktion, Logistik, Vertrieb und Projektgeschäft weiter aus. Dafür brauchen wir Menschen, die zuverlässig anpacken, mitdenken und sauber arbeiten.
Your Role
You will ensure that we continuously find the right employees: in production, warehouse/logistics, technical/maintenance, sales/internal service, and administration. You will thoroughly pre-screen candidates and support them until hiring and onboarding.
Your Responsibilities
- Active search and recruitment of candidates (job portals, active sourcing, networks, recommendations, local channels)
- Creation and publication of job advertisements, targeting specific audiences
- Pre-qualification: phone interviews, CV screening, structured evaluation, references (upon agreement)
- Organization and execution of interviews together with the specialist departments
- Development of a standardized selection process: question catalogs, evaluation forms, trial work/internships, documentation
- Recruiting KPIs: pipeline, time-to-hire, cost per hire, quality of hires
- Maintenance of applicant data and communication (fast, reliable, respectful)
- Support with onboarding/probationary period processes: onboarding plans, feedback loops, adjustments
- Optional: Employer Branding (photos/insights, trade fairs, collaborations with schools/trades)
What You Bring
- Experience in recruiting/personnel or a comparable role (e.g., dispatch/personnel placement/HR generalist)
- Good intuition for people, combined with clear standards for reliability, willingness to perform, and teamwork
- Structured way of working, clean documentation, reliability in interactions
- Ability to recruit for skilled trades roles (production/logistics/trades) – not just office positions
- Confident use of common tools (Office, applicant management systems, or clean Excel/lists)
- Driver's license class B (helpful)

Work Location
