Architect (LPH 1--5)

I'm currently working with a leading international Design & Build contractor that is looking to appoint an Architect with strong experience across HOAI LPH 1--5 to join its expanding Design team in Düsseldorf.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established business delivering some of Germany's most significant industrial and commercial developments, including manufacturing facilities, logistics centres, production plants and commercial buildings valued up to €80 million.
You'll play a key role in developing architectural designs from concept through planning and technical design, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and supporting projects from initial design through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver architectural design across HOAI LPH 1--5
- Produce planning and technical design documentation
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs
- Coordinate designs with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Support tendering and procurement activities
- Undertake regular project site visits
- Ensure construction quality aligns with design intent
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified Architect
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience
- Experience within industrial or commercial construction projects
- Design & Build project experience advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Allplan experience beneficial
- BIM knowledge desirable
- Fluent German (C1 minimum)
- English communication skills (B2 minimum)
- Full driving license
- Willingness to travel 5--10% across Germany
